The Courts and Towns
Orchard Park has three home types: the Flats, the Courts and the Towns. Each has its own building design. Most rules are the same for all three. These differ for the Courts and the Towns. Live in the Flats? See the Flats.
What differs
- Trash: your own garbage and recycling bins. Label both with your address. Bring them in on pickup day.
- Holiday trees: beside your garage.
Fees
The moving coordinator fee is different for the Flats and for the Courts and Towns. Ask management for the current fee.
The same for all three
Parking, pets, the clubhouse, repairs and home changes.
