This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.

How the site is built

• Large, clear text. English text uses Atkinson Hyperlegible Next, a typeface made for readers with low vision. 中文 text uses your device’s own font.
• Text grows with your browser’s text size setting.
• Pages work without JavaScript.
• Color is never the only signal: every status also has a word and an icon.
• A visible outline shows where you are when you move through a page with the keyboard.
• Pages are in English and 中文; when a translation is not ready, the page says so.
