Pick up after your dog
Clean up after your pet right away, every time. It is a rule, and it keeps the paths and lawns clean for everyone. There are dog waste bag stations around the community. Take a bag, pick up the waste, tie the bag, and put it in the trash.
The rules
- Usual household pets only: dogs, cats, fish, birds and similar pets. No breeding for business.
- No more than two pets per home.
- Keep pets on a leash or in an enclosed area. Dogs must be on a leash in every common area.
- Owners are responsible for noise and damage their pets cause. Barking every day is a nuisance.
- No pets in the clubhouse kitchen.
Wildlife and strays
Do not leave food outside your home or garage. It draws stray animals and pests.
