New fire safety vendor from Mar 1, 2026, and testing Mar 24 to 26
RCM Fire Protection took over the fire system tests on Sun, Mar 1, 2026. Management scheduled its testing of the systems for the Flats, the Courts and the clubhouse from Tue, Mar 24 to Thu, Mar 26, 2026.
For the testing week, management asked owners to be home, because the cost of a return visit may be billed to the owner. The alarm could sound during testing. More on fire inspections.
